This work is about changing long-held patterns in the body. It doesn’t happen overnight. We work in process to increase your energy, your capacity to pay attention, and your capacity to be responsible for your own patterns. This all takes consistency and investment. The best part is that all of these lessons translate to your daily life!

You can expect a period of talking for the purpose of defining and refining one of the patterns you struggle with most frequently in your life. We will identify how it works in the body and situations in your life where you notice it.
We will then work on a massage table, increasing somatic awareness of the pattern and using techniques of touch to increase flow and relaxation in relevant areas. Some of the work will be intense and some will be deeply restful.
There will be a period of rest and integration at the end of each session.

Lots of reasons.
1) I provide direct and honest reflections about the patterns you’re struggling with as informed by my specialized training in somatic listening and foot analysis.
2) I listen to exactly what you’re wanting to achieve and design a personalized program tailored to your aim. We work for tangible results in the quality of your life.
3) I am not the expert here. Your body is. I train you to listen to your true self.
4) I work with special techniques of touch designed to increase your ability to listen to your body and allow emotional flow.

You will start to notice changes in your body immediately if you pay attention. Areas of pain or discomfort will start to shift, reduce, or sometimes intensify before reducing.
You will become more aware of your emotions. You will notice yourself making different decisions and your attention will begin to focus more on sensations than thoughts.
Your sleep and digestion may improve. You may notice experiences that were once tolerable become intolerable as you learn to allow your actual wants and needs to surface.

Flexibility is always possible. We can collaborate on finding a hybrid online/in-person program where the work will still be effective. Reach out and tell me your situation.
