Learn to be your whole self
A personal process is a series of sessions of focused learning through the body for the achievement of an aim.
An aim is what you want to experience more of in your life: confidence speaking in public, ease in intimacy and attachment, ability to express yourself clearly, having discipline around what you want, the courage to go for what you want, to be able to stand up for yourself, etc. Think- where am I holding myself back? What am I longing for?
With guidance from signs of imbalance in the feet, we learn about what pattern most inhibits the achievement of this aim. A pattern is a habitual response to life you do compulsively and without attention.
By increasing energy, attention, capacity to feel and flow with emotions and teaching the pattern through the body, you learn to stop the pattern and be responsive to life as it is moment to moment.
The more energy and investment you put into the process by way of attention through the body, the quicker the process goes. The body wants to be free of patterns.
We primarily work on a massage table with the client in underwear.
My office is located a few minutes outside of downtown Northampton.
